My future performance in my new group

In this new project it is necessary to build a robot, and we will have to look for information and to be able to organize well. Some of the problems that  appeared in the previous group are: - not to be able to organize well with the work that it was necessary to do. - There were people who did not want to take responsibility of the work. I hope that in this new group we can do it better , since it is much more difficult  that the previous one. For it we will distribute ourselves with different roles in the team: that of tools, treasurer, secretary and that of materials.
